101 in 1001 - updated and finished!

Inspired by Kim, I did my own list.... Coming up with 101 tasks is actually kind of hard, but hopefully worth it in the end.

The Mission: Complete 101 preset tasks in a period of 1001 days.

The Criteria: Tasks must be specific (ie. no ambiguity in the wording) with a result that is either measurable or clearly defined. Tasks must also be realistic and stretching (ie. represent some amount of work on my part).

The End Date: Oct. 14, 2012 (Zoe's 7th birthday, coincidentally)
.
.
.

Found a granola recipe in FOOD mag on Sat night, made it on Sunday for Jason to take to work. He said it was yummy (I can't eat granola :(

preheat oven 325
Mix 3 1/2 cups oats, 1/4 c. each chopped pecans & almonds, 1/4 t. course salt,5 t. veg. oil, 5 tablespoons pure maple syrup and 1/2 t. vanilla extract. Mix in big bowl, bake for 30 minutes. Let cool completely before storing in tupperware. Keeps for 2 weeks at room temp. I added some dried blue berries and bing cherries. It says it has less oil then most granola and has healthy fats from nuts? hmmm... cool list! :)
